  Linda was very good at colors, patient while I sent her looking for fabrics and then changed mind to leather. Showed me all available options. Searched me out after sale because I forgot the pillow I had brought for color matching. This chair replaces a poor decision I had made previously at a discount store, "Italian Leather" recliner which was too large for me and giving me backaches. Also, leather was stressing badly after only 3 years. Wished I had just gone to Lazy Boy instead of wasting time and money for inferior chair. Linda mentioned that the chair I was looking at was a good fit for me. Added power. I had purchased a power recliner for my daughter who was suffering with RA and she loves it. Thought I would enjoy one too. Now that I have it, I love it.

  The most professional staff. Diana Hathaway was our sales consultant. She took the time to personalize our custom order. On a side note their bathroom was immaculately clean.
