Yeah, its a Walmart. Pretty much what you would expect. There is always a good selection of toys to peruse. They are starting to get more flavored water selections. The only issue I have consistently with them is they don't carry q-tip brand baby swabs.

Not my first complaint about this place, but you can bet it will be my last! Showed up at 07:30 this morning to get new tires for the truck and was the first person in line. No problems placing our order (the reception was rather cold though...early morning so I understand). Walked around for an hour and decided to go check the progress, and they hadn’t even started yet! Our truck was still where we left it. So we cancel the order ($550 sale lost) and head over to the Garden area for a few items and to check out. We get our items and stand by the counter as the employee just stares at us from the flower area. Waited a few minutes and then just headed up front to check out. Disabled and walking all over this store unnecessarily because of horrible service! We go to Walmart of the convenience of having all the different products in one store. If it’s not going to be convenient, then we’ll just go to two stores from now on. Neither of which will be Walmart!

I’ve never been into a Walmart in any town that has no concept of the term Customer Service. It started with a girl working the register, I asked her if she could direct me to the pet supply (food, litter, etc)? First off she gave me a look like I just spit in her face. I repeated the question again she looked at me again and then turned around and continued a conversation she was having with another girl working a register. I know she heard me and she spoke perfect English because I could hear the conversation between her and the other employee. So I walked away and the next employee I found I asked if they could please get their manager for me. After waiting 5 or so minutes for him, I had calmed down and chose to not report her behavior to her manager. But I did still need to know where the pet section was. When he walked up I didn’t even get a chance to speak, his tone was condescending as he proceeded to tell me that they have signs all over the store to direct me to the things I’m looking for! I seriously couldn’t believe that he’d just said that to me in that was! I will NEVER return to that store again. Actually I’ll do one better..... after I return the defective cat condo they sold me, I will never give Walmart another penny of my money!! I wasn’t rude or acting crazy or screaming! But the manager and the register girl (her name is Desiree) I didn’t get the manager’s name (Eric I think) were acting like I had cursed them out or something. And due to the horribly trained cashier and manager at this location, I will not patronize any Walmart establishment ever again! I have no problem spending a little more doing all my shopping from now on at Target!! And I will report this incident to the higher ups. I’m not a complaining person at all. Yeah I may say I’m gonna take further action, but I never do! Because I honestly really don’t care enough to bother with it. But this time it was different. And I don’t think that either of them should be working in a customer orientated position.
